Refund Policy — 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to decide if LumineWrap is right for you.

Changed your mind? Full refund, used or not
If LumineWrap isn't for you, email support@cozibel.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number. You don't need to give a reason. We'll email you a prepaid return label and instructions. Once the return is scanned by the carrier, we'll refund your original payment method in full within 5 business days.

This guarantee covers all orders, including bundles and discounted orders. Please return all items from the order, including the USB cable. Limit one guarantee refund per customer.

Defective, damaged or wrong item
If your LumineWrap arrives damaged, stops working, or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the item back unless we ask.

Warranty
Every LumineWrap is covered by a 1-year limited warranty. See our Warranty page (cozibel.com/pages/warranty) for details.

Refund timing
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the refund on your statement.

Order changes and cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Email us within 12 hours of purchase. If your order has not shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
