1-Year Limited Warranty

Cozibel (SELLTIVIA LLC) warrants that your LumineWrap, including its controller and USB cable, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of delivery, when used as directed.

What's covered

Heating, massage or lights that stop working; a controller that won't turn on; a USB cable that stops working; straps or seams that fail under normal use.

What's not covered

Damage from misuse, washing the electronic parts, using a power source other than a 5V USB power bank, cuts, burns or normal wear of the fabric. Power banks are not included and are not covered.

How to make a claim

Email support@cozibel.com with your order number and a short video or photo of the problem. If your claim is approved, we'll ship a free replacement. If a replacement isn't available, we'll refund the price you paid.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
